OVHCLOUD WILL SUPPLEMENT YOUR INVESTMENT IF YOU CHOOSE TO INVEST THE GLOBAL INCENTIVE SUMS RECEIVED
in the OVHcloud Shares.
OVHCLOUD COVERS THE DIRECT MANAGEMENT FEES FOR YOUR SECURITIES ACCOUNT.
YOU MAY MAKE USE OF ANY DIVIDENDS
paid directly to you.
YOUR SHARES WILL BE LOCKED IN FOR 5 YEARS
from the date of delivery of the shares, except in the event of early release.
YOUR INVESTMENT WILL GROW AND SHRINK IN LINE WITH ANY CHANGES IN THE OVHCLOUD SHARE PRICE,
it is therefore exposed to the risk of capital loss, should the value of the OVHcloud Share fall.
Who can invest?
All employees in the global incentive plan for FY24, i.e. employees who have continuously or intermittently worked for the group for more than three months as at August 31st, 2024, provided that they are still employed as at January 1st, 2025.
